Commonwealth Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Financial Service Representative to deliver exceptional member service and support our branch’s success.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing applications for loans, new memberships, accounts and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs).
• Handling all account maintenance requests, including assistance with account discrepancies, fraud disputes, wire transfers, closing accounts, etc.
• Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services to confidently support the credit union sales efforts.
• Consulting with members to match credit union products and services to their needs.
• Delivering exceptional service to members and prospective clients across all communication channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses while fostering strong, positive relationships.

Key qualifications: high level of expertise in executing complex financial transactions, precise compliance in loan applications, advanced product knowledge, and a dedication to service excellence.

As a non‑NMLS registered position, this role does not provide detailed information on Home Equity Lines of Credit or Mortgage Loans but is expected to contribute significantly to overall branch success and member satisfaction.
