Step Ahead ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT for in-home therapy in Frankfort, KY, with a Mon–Fri schedule across mornings, afternoons, and evenings. You will provide direct therapy (97153) under a BCBA-approved plan and coordinate with a family care manager for ongoing support.
You will be supported by a BCBA supervisor who reviews your progress, collects data, and guides your growth within a clear supervision pathway.
