They will be tasked with performing a variety of engagements, including network penetration tests, red/purple teaming, wireless assessments, web-application penetration tests, and more. Candidates must have experience in penetration testing/red‑teaming and performing vulnerability assessments manually, excellent communication skills (verbal & written), and the ability to execute full‑cycle engagements independently or with a team using industry standard tradecraft. Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.),

networking concepts, and basic scripting is required.

• Good Communication Skills – Both written and verbal

While not required, a bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or security certifications such as OSEP, OSCE, OSCP, and OSWE are strongly desired.

None required, but preferred.

The more the better, ultimately it comes down to their skills and how they score on the CTF.

Project Manager, Business Analyst, Team Blue Security Devs, and other Penetration Testers, along with other leadership.
