As an IT Project Manager
, you will make an impact by leading the development and deployment of digital solutions across UI, Sitecore, Salesforce, and other web technologies for Molina Healthcare’s platforms. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, communication strategies, schedules, and risk management frameworks.
• Apply proven project management methodologies to deliver intermediate to large‑scale initiatives.
• Identify and resolve potential issues proactively, presenting viable solutions to stakeholders.
• Ensure mastery of standard and project‑specific applications, and train others as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and consult with senior project management staff to ensure timely and effective project actions.

• Proven experience managing intermediate to large‑scale IT projects.
• Hands‑on experience with UI development and enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to create comprehensive documentation.
• Ability to quickly learn and master new software applications.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $113K-$125K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
