We are seeking skilled Field Services Routing/Scheduling withhands-on experience involving coordinating computer equipment installs andbreak/fix appointments for our Field Service technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide timely support to end users.

Currently has an open position on our Routing/Scheduling Team in Field Services.

The primary role of this position involves coordinating computer equipment installs and break/fix appointments for our Field Service technicians. Much of the employee’s daywill be spent working within our IT Service Management System, Service Now,creating tickets and will involve contacting customers via email/Teams/phone calls to coordinate appointments.

Candidates must possess great customer service skills and be ableto work independently. Candidates shouldbe proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel. The ideal candidate will have an extroverted personality type and excellent organizational and communication skills.

The office for this position is located in Frankfort.
