Industrial Multicraft Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift

The Material Handling Division of Nashville Wire Products is seeking an experienced Industrial Multicraft Maintenance Technician for our overnight shift at the Frankfort, KY location.

• Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment to sustain maximum production and quality.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, repair or replace defective parts, and document maintenance activities.
• Set up, integrate, and troubleshoot PLC logic controllers on stamping presses, hydraulic presses, and resistance welding systems to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Steady work history in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience; mechanical experience required.
• Proficiency in mechanical aptitude, math test, tape measure reading test, drug screen, 7‑year background check.

8:00 pm – 6:30 am Sunday – Thursday. Approximately 50 hrs per week with overtime as required. Double‑time incentive for all overtime hours.

Class B: $31.75 start, $32.75 at 90 days, $33.75 at 1 yr. Class A: $34.75 start, $35.75 at 90 days, $37.00 at 1 yr. (Shift differential not included.)

Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days. 40 hrs vacation after 6 months, 80 hrs after 1 yr. Paid sick time 10 hrs every 90 days until 1 yr, then 30 hrs annually. 401(k) with 100 % match up to 4 % after 1 yr. 9 paid holidays, employer paid short‑ and long‑term disability. $1/hour night shift differential.
