At Buffalo Trace Distillery we are looking for skilled and motivated Maintenance Technicians. This evergreen talent pipeline allows us to connect quickly when a position opens.

• Skilled performance of industrial mechanical duties.
• Maintenance and installation of bottling and distillery equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps.
• Respond to trouble calls, diagnose issues, and make timely, accurate repairs.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts, project work and machinery component rebuilds.

MUST

• Successful maintenance experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing facility.
• Willingness to work second or third shift.
• Acceptable scores on mechanical and electrical aptitude exams, pre‑employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• High level of initiative and problem‑solving ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent safety and attendance records.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical Maintenance.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Hydraulics experience.
• Machine safety inspections.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

$31.61 per hour.

2‑2‑3 Schedule – 12 hour shifts, night shift 6 pm–6 am.
