American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring TNCC and NIH Stroke certification in a Level 3 Trauma Center.

• Work in a 28-bed Level 3 Trauma Center Emergency Department
• Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Stroke Certified facility
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Uses GE monitors, Lifepaks, Baxter IV pumps, Ranger rapid infuser, and Ranger blood warmer
• Documents in Meditech Expanse EMR
• Unit staffed with CNC, RNs, PCTs, Unit Clerk, and Greeter roles depending on shift

• Active KY or compact RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH Stroke certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Recent experience in Emergency Department nursing required
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Provide direct patient care within a high-acuity Level 3 Trauma Center ED
• Work alongside a dedicated team including CNCs, RNs, PCTs, Unit Clerks, and Greeters
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
