American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring Level 3 Trauma Center experience and TNCC certification.

• Work in a 28-bed Emergency Department at a Level 3 Trauma Center
• Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Stroke Certified facility
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Shift runs from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM
• Uses GE monitors, Lifepaks, Baxter IV pumps, Ranger rapid infuser, and Ranger blood warmer
• Documents patient care using Meditech Expanse EMR

• Active KY or compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Prior Emergency Department experience required

• Work alongside a care team including CNCs, RNs, PCTs, unit clerks, and greeters depending on shift
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility and local candidates will not be considered
• Candidates with employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months will not be considered
