, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
Our reception team is the heart of our practice. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, compassionate experience for every pet and pet parent who walks through our doors.
About the RoleWe are seeking a part-time receptionist with previous veterinary or medical front‑desk experience preferred (but not required). The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can juggle multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities Include:- Greeting clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls
- Processing payments and handling basic administrative tasks
- Communicating clearly with clients about services and hospital policies
- Supporting the medical team to ensure smooth daily operations
