The Retail Associate is a full-time, on-site role located in Frankfort, KY. In this position, the Retail Associate provides customer-focused service by greeting guests, answering product questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include operating the cash register, handling transactions, restocking shelves, and giving guided candy tours. The role also involves keeping the store clean and organized, packaging products accurately, and collaborating with team members to meet service goals.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused service mindset, with a commitment to creating a positive customer experience.
• Effective communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening in a retail environment.
• Basic inventory management abilities, such as restocking, monitoring product levels, and reporting low-stock items.
• Reliability and attention to detail in handling cash transactions, packaging products, and following store procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move products, and work a consistent full-time schedule, including weekends or holidays as needed.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
