Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions.
- Recognize the immediate needs of the Banking Center and proactively provide CSR and sales platform support as needed.
- Engage in consumer and business relationship building with a focus on daily sales initiatives.
- Operate in compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Support the banking center’s sales and operational objectives as assigned.

- Assess financial needs of Banking Center clients and recommend appropriate solutions

- Manage CSR cash drawer and balance cash handling procedures
- Comply with security and audit procedures
- Meet and exceed defined sales goals for loans, deposits, referrals, and profitability
- Promote sales culture and reach individual and team sales goals
- Collaborate with branch staff to meet goals
- Monitor performance against goals and adjust strategies as needed
- Conduct outbound calling activities and promote bank products
- Educate team on uncovering opportunities to advance customers financial wellness
- Set priorities and implement defined sales and service activities
- Promote products and services to support growth
- Support daily operations including open/close, vault duties, cash controls, inventory, and compliance
- Participate in regular sales and staff meetings
- Provide service on banking matters and resolve issues professionally
- Build relationships with internal partners and solicit constructive feedback
- Demonstrate sound judgment and follow guidelines with available resources
- Maintain security controls to protect against fraud and risk
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support team in answering inquiries and handling additional duties
- Cross-trained to assist with operational duties
- Proficiency in bank policies, procedures, and compliance training; ability to complete compliance training timely
- Willingness to register and maintain NMLS; comply with S.A.F.E. Act requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365 and banking software
- Strong consumer lending skills preferred
- Ability to generate new financial relationships via outbound calling and internal business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain concepts and product information clearly
- Strong product knowledge for selling bank products
- Ability to interpret varied instructions
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task and be flexible
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work all hours of operations
