An opportunity to work with a leading international consultancy delivering hyperscale data centre projects across Germany.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Director to lead the delivery of complex, mission-critical data centre developments based in Germany, with a strong focus on the Frankfurt region. This is a client-side, in-country role responsible for end-to-end project delivery within the German market.

We are looking for a driven Project Manager, or Senior Project Manager, to take ownership of high-impact mission critical projects in Berlin and Frankfurt.

The Role
Lead the full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale data centre projects, from early design through to completion
Act as the primary interface between clients, design teams, contractors, and local stakeholders
Prepare and manage project programmes, reports, and delivery documentation
Ensure compliance with project governance, contracts, and German regulatory requirements
Drive risk management, change control, and issue resolution across all project stages

About You
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Director within a consultancy or client-side environment
Strong track record delivering data centre or mission-critical projects
Demonstrable experience delivering projects in Germany, with a solid understanding of local regulations, standards, and construction practices
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong understanding of project controls, contracts, and commercial management
Professional qualification (RICS, APM, PMP, or equivalent) desirable but not essential
Full right to work in Germany is essential (no sponsorship available)
German language skills beneficial (depending on project requirements)
