Specialist - Distributor Customer Maintenance

Position:
Specialist - Distributor Customer Maintenance

Salary: $25/hour

Duration: 4 Months

Location:
Franklin Lakes, NJ

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS required, or extensive 7+ years’ experience in commercial contract and/or chargeback operations management
  • 3+ years’ experience in commercial contract and/or chargeback operations, including distributor relationship management, continuous improvement, transactional contracting, and chargeback technologies
  • Understanding of end-to-end commercial contract operations management
  • Experience with ERP (SAP) and reporting systems (Business Intelligence)
  • Proficiency in MS Access and MS Excel
  • Strong communication and customer-centric skills
  • Knowledge of key business metrics and analytical techniques
  • Ability to establish credibility and trust across organizational levels
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with business acumen
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong data management skills, including data analysis and reporting
  • Innovative thinker capable of driving automation and process improvements
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of distributor end customer maintenance and chargeback error resolution
  • Collaborate with distributor partners to improve end customer maintenance and chargeback processes
  • Assist in creating and implementing governance processes for standardization and efficiency
  • Support continuous process and system improvements, including root cause analysis and error prevention
  • Resolve chargeback disputes using advanced technical skills
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and SLAs
  • Communicate change management impacts effectively
  • Provide business analytics and actionable reports for process improvements
  • Control financial exposure related to chargebacks and rebates
  • Partner with IT to ensure system support for contracting activities
  • Complete training on tools, internal controls, and SOX compliance
  • Maintain training materials and procedures to ensure best practices
  • Identify and address gaps in processes and work with team leaders to implement solutions
  • Analyze customer data for dispute resolution and account management
