Position:
Specialist - Distributor Customer Maintenance
Salary: $25/hour
Duration: 4 Months
Location:
Franklin Lakes, NJ
- BA/BS required, or extensive 7+ years’ experience in commercial contract and/or chargeback operations management
- 3+ years’ experience in commercial contract and/or chargeback operations, including distributor relationship management, continuous improvement, transactional contracting, and chargeback technologies
- Understanding of end-to-end commercial contract operations management
- Experience with ERP (SAP) and reporting systems (Business Intelligence)
- Proficiency in MS Access and MS Excel
- Strong communication and customer-centric skills
- Knowledge of key business metrics and analytical techniques
- Ability to establish credibility and trust across organizational levels
- Analytical problem-solving skills with business acumen
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Strong data management skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Innovative thinker capable of driving automation and process improvements
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Manage all aspects of distributor end customer maintenance and chargeback error resolution
- Collaborate with distributor partners to improve end customer maintenance and chargeback processes
- Assist in creating and implementing governance processes for standardization and efficiency
- Support continuous process and system improvements, including root cause analysis and error prevention
- Resolve chargeback disputes using advanced technical skills
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and SLAs
- Communicate change management impacts effectively
- Provide business analytics and actionable reports for process improvements
- Control financial exposure related to chargebacks and rebates
- Partner with IT to ensure system support for contracting activities
- Complete training on tools, internal controls, and SOX compliance
- Maintain training materials and procedures to ensure best practices
- Identify and address gaps in processes and work with team leaders to implement solutions
- Analyze customer data for dispute resolution and account management
