As Director, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on opportunity identification & evaluation, external partnerships, upstream marketing, and new product innovation.

• Work with business and R&D leadership to establish short‑term and long‑term innovation strategy.
• Prepare and present new business opportunities to senior leaders, including detailed financial analysis and market assessment.
• Conduct market research to identify unmet needs, emphasizing Voice of the Customer.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Business Development, etc.) to execute innovation projects.
• Maintain deep understanding of Specimen Management space.
• Develop framework and metrics to prioritize innovation opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, marketing, or health care (required).
• MBA with concentration in marketing, strategy, or finance (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of management consulting experience (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in marketing, innovation, or corporate strategy.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic objectives and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in new product development, innovation, business development, and market research.
• Strong analytical, customer‑orientation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Travel 25% of the time.
• Strategic thinker with growth mindset.
