- Support all aspects of distributor chargeback and sales trace processes: submissions, resubmissions, denial dispositions, dispute resolution, chargeback settlements, and customer-related sales tracing errors
- Analyze and resolve chargeback, price variance, contract membership, and central membership errors per applicable OLAs, SLAs, policies, procedures, and business guidelines
- Maintain accurate customer master data, customer cross references, GPO membership records, and central membership alignment to support pricing accuracy and reduce financial risk
- Perform customer and GPO member management activities: eligibility auditing, roster additions, changes, deletions, migrations, transitions, and updates
- Drive automation, process standardization, governance, and best practices across Contract Operations
- Leverage tools/systems including SAP Vistex, JDE, TAHITI, MS Access, SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, Qlik, Python, and BOT capabilities to streamline operations
- Maintain training materials, desktop procedures, and process documentation
- Communicate with internal/external stakeholders to coordinate dispute information, follow up on open issues, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies

- 1–3 years of experience or demonstrated knowledge in chargebacks, pricing claims, membership management, contract operations, contracting technologies, automation, analytics, master data management, IT development, or continuous improvement activities
- SAP Vistex, JDE, TAHITI, MS Access, SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, Qlik, Python
- ERP systems, reporting tools, and analytics solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (root cause analysis, solution development)
- Communication, customer-centric, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and change management/automation support Workload planning, prioritization, and management
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to business needs while upholding company values
