• Meet membership sales goals
• Show detailed knowledge of the menu of services (training provided)
• Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting relationships
• Work flexible hours and adopt a positive, energetic attitude
• Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively with clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned
