What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Develop and provide advice regarding securities law disclosure and compliance

• Offer legal support to the Board of Directors and Board Committees

• Provide legal guidance on corporate sustainability disclosures under applicable regulations

• Assist in the development of corporate policies and programs related to securities trading

• Monitor and maintain awareness of pending securities and corporate governance regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Jurisprudence degree

• Bar admission in at least one state

• 5–10 years of professional experience as a practicing attorney in a large law firm or in‑house setting

• Primary emphasis in corporate, securities, and capital markets practice

• Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with equity‑based compensation plans and executive compensation matters

• Familiarity with investor materials and management presentations

• Knowledge of sustainability and climate‑related reporting standards
