Becton Dickinson seeks a Marketing Manager to lead US marketing strategy for Chlora Prep, GuardIVa, and Stat Lock brands within the Medication Delivery Solutions unit. The role involves developing annual marketing plans, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product growth and achieve financial targets.
Responsibilities- Evaluate competitive marketing strategy and develop go-to-market approaches to drive product category share and growth
- Develop and manage annual strategic reviews and marketing plans for assigned product lines to meet financial and strategic objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with sales teams, key opinion leaders, and medical societies to identify market trends
- Track account performance, pricing adjustments, and competitive threats; report regularly to management on risks and opportunities
- Participate on cross-platform initiative teams, delivering marketing strategy and support while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years product or commercial marketing experience in medical device, diagnostics, life sciences, biotech, or healthcare
- Experience developing and executing annual marketing plans and growth strategies for product portfolios
- Demonstrated ability partnering with sales teams and external customers to drive market growth
- Proficiency in market analysis, competitive analysis, and customer research
- Experience managing portfolio performance including demand management and backorder strategies
- Ability to travel up to 20% and work on-site minimum 4 days per week
