Supplier Quality Specialist

Position

Supplier Quality Specialist at Millennium Soft Inc (Franklin Lakes, NJ) – 12‑month contract, 40 hours per week, 1st Shift. Contract on W2: US Citizens, GC Holders, EAD, OPT, CPT.

The Site Supplier Quality Specialist is responsible for defining and executing supplier‑management activities required to approve site and local suppliers and maintain their approved status throughout their service lifecycle. The role supports collaborative quality leadership and works with Quality Engineering, WW Supplier Quality Assurance, Research and Development, Regulatory Affairs, and other corporate functions and regulatory agencies. The Specialist also supports the continued improvement and implementation of the Quality Management System and maintains compliance with regulations, standards, and corporate requirements.

• Develop and update applicable Site/Unit procedures and work instructions.
• Serve as Supplier Quality associate for local and/or site‑related suppliers (products and services).
• Identify suppliers and collaborate with cross‑functional or WW teams to complete the supplier selection process.
• Implement supplier approval strategy; facilitate, manage, and track supplier qualification and approval progress.
• Support supplier creation/updates in Aravo.
• Manage and maintain Quality Agreements with suppliers when needed.
• Provide ongoing Supplier Quality Assurance support to all existing local and site‑related suppliers.
• Collect and archive all relevant supplier‑related documentation.
• Support Supplier Quality performance monitoring.
• Conduct supplier quality audits/assessments as needed.
• Manage supplier‑initiated changes and coordinate with appropriate cross‑functional teams.
• Assist QA/QC lab with supplier activities related to product batch release and customer complaints.
• Lead or support problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis activities (CAPA, audits, nonconformances, customer/supplier complaints).
• Support internal and external audits as a subject‑matter expert and pre‑ and post‑audit activities.
• Track trends in various quality data sources; analyze and report on metrics.
• Support Site and WW Quality continuous improvement initiatives.
