• Leverage your bilingual skills to build strong relationships with clients
• Provide top notch customer service by assisting with policy questions, processing changes, and resolving issues
• Educate clients on coverage options and help them feel confident in their insurance choices

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate and build trust with a broad client base
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A friendly, team-oriented person who genuinely enjoys helping people
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (we’ll support you through the process)

• Salary based on experience starting at $40,000 with significant growth potential over 5 years and a clear path to agency ownership
