• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with policy questions, billing inquiries, and account updates
• Educate clients on coverage options and help them feel confident in their insurance choices
• Collaborate closely with our motivated team in a supportive office environment that values your contributions
• Ensure every interaction leaves clients feeling heard, valued and secure.

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A friendly, team-oriented person who genuinely enjoys helping people
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (we’ll support you through the process)

• Salary based on experience starting at $40,000 with significant growth potential over 5 years and a clear path to agency ownership
