Position Overview

As a CNA at Garden Care Center, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, hands‑on care to our residents. You’ll work closely with nurses, therapists, and support staff to ensure each resident receives personalized, compassionate care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding)
• Monitor and document vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents’ mobility and participate in care planning
• Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Qualifications

• Current New York State CNA certification
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
