• Weekend Requirement:
  Every other weekend

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or supervisor
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Accurately document care and maintain medical records
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the night
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members

• Current New York State LPN license
• Nursing home / long-term care experience required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently overnight
