Overview
On-Site Close Out Manager - Data Center s is an owner’s rep role and the single point of contact for all closeout deliverables including design drawings, shop drawings, CAD/BIM models, submittals, warranties, etc. You will be responsible for complex data center construction projects, implementing and overseeing construction closeout processes, performing field verification as-built audits, and initiating action to keep closeout on schedule with the highest quality.

Responsibilities- Oversee and implement construction closeout processes for data center projects
- Perform field verification as-built audits and address discrepancies to keep closeout on schedule
- Serve as owner’s representative and single point of contact for closeout deliverables including design drawings, shop drawings, CAD/BIM models, submittals, warranties, etc
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or other related field
- Construction, closeout, and CAD/BIM knowledge
- May be a registered professional engineer or hold other certifications
- Strong communication skills; ability to contribute and work well on a team; strong attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You are passionate about working collaboratively with others; having ownership in the work; using your talents to positively affect communities
