Led by CEO/Founder Dr. Steven Posar, the organization partners with long‑term care facilities on complex psychological, medical, and regulatory issues and has presented research at the Alzheimer's Association International Conferences.

• Provide evaluations
• Establish diagnoses (e.g., Alzheimer's vs Parkinson’s vs Vascular)
• Conduct cognitive assessments
• Deliver condition‑specific supportive or insight‑based therapy
• Coordinate patient care plans with facilities, PCPs, colleagues, and families

• An active state Psychologist license
• Passion for the geriatric population
• Interest in neurobehavioral science
• Desire to impact individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other neurodegenerative disorders
• HSPP, where applicable, is preferred

• Sign‑on/Retention Bonus: $5,000
• Medical coverage – 30 h/week with company‑paid premiums for eligible employees
