We are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to support the dignity, independence, self‑determination, privacy, choice, and rights of residents in our community. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication reminders, social and spiritual pursuits, providing personal care, and monitoring physical and cognitive well‑being.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders in accordance with care plans and established community policies.
• Assist with lifting, turning, transferring, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, and lifts.
• Assist with dining room services at assigned mealtimes: set‑up, clean‑up, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Monitor residents’ physical and cognitive well‑being and report changes to the nurse and supervisor.
• Deliver nutritional supplements to residents at assigned times and provide assistance as needed to ensure intake; document intake per community policy.
• Participate in life enrichment programming and provide meaningful activities to residents.
• Document resident care in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Licenses/Certifications
:
Certified Nursing Certification may be required depending on state regulations

Experience
: 1+ years of paid or volunteer experience working with seniors preferred

Skills & Abilities
:
Ability to demonstrate patience and compassion in working with the elderly.

USD $18.00–$21.00 per hour
