As a Medical Technologist Generalist, you will perform a wide range of high‑complexity testing across all areas of the clinical laboratory, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood banking, and urinalysis. You will play a key role in supporting accurate and timely diagnostics for patients and providers.

• Perform and interpret high‑complexity testing in all core laboratory areas
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of lab results to clinical staff
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements (CLIA, CAP, OSHA, etc.)
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs
• Maintain documentation in compliance with hospital and lab standards

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science
• ASCP (or equivalent) certification preferred or eligibility required
• Previous generalist experience in a clinical lab setting strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of laboratory principles, instrumentation, and quality systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
