Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) – Homeview Health and Rehabilitation
Join our dedicated team to make a difference in the lives of our residents. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will provide compassionate care and support residents to achieve their highest functional abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, skin care, grooming, nail care and dressing.
- Feed residents, provide bedside water, snacks, and transfer residents to/from dining areas as needed.
- Answer resident call lights and respond promptly in accordance with facility policy.
- Maintain resident rooms by making beds, changing linens, cleaning bedside tables, and organizing personal belongings.
- Observe and report changes in appetite, skin condition, or behavior; document these observations in the medical record.
- Provide emotional support, actively listen, and foster trust and independence in daily living.
- Ensure confidentiality of all residents and protect resident rights and privacy.
- Comply with safety requirements, infection control measures, and maintain a clean work environment.
- Competitive starting wage, $19.00+ an hour.

- Certified by Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) as a CNA in good standing. Can work up to 120 days while awaiting Indiana certification.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Understanding of safe, effective nursing practices in Indiana.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to follow instructions, work independently, exercise judgment, maintain confidentiality, work with staff and families, remain patient and enthusiastic, adhere to professional ethics, and communicate resident status to appropriate staff.
