Position:
Physical Therapist - Outpatient (split between outpatient and in‑home therapy settings).

Location:

1130 W. Jefferson Street Suite A, Franklin, IN.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday.
Compensation: $74,000 to $90,000 based on years of experience, plus a $5,000 sign on bonus and unlimited student debt benefit.

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.
