What We're Looking For:Altra Homecare Group seeks compassionate, dedicated CNAs and HHAs to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in delivering essential in-home care that improves patients' quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, feeding, medication reminders
- Ensure patient safety and well-being: follow care plans
- Promote independence: assist with light housekeeping, errands, and social interaction
- Maintain accurate documentation: adhere to HIPPA guidelines
- Meet all training and certification requirements.
- 18+ years old with valid driver's license & auto insurance
- Strong work ethic, compassion, and reliability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and document care meticulously
- Prefer minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Competitive hourly rate ($14-$16/hr.) with overtime and holiday pay
