We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for an established manufacturing organization. This role will oversee procurement, supplier management, material planning, inventory, and logistics while leading a team and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead procurement, material planning, inventory, supplier management, and logistics.
- Develop supplier strategies, manage RFQs, negotiations, sourcing, and supplier performance.
- Oversee inventory levels, material availability, and supply/demand planning.
- Lead and develop supply chain team members, including buyers and planners.
- Monitor KPIs related to quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity.
- Partner with operations, quality, and other departments to support production and customer requirements.
- Drive cost reduction, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of progressive supply chain experience
. - Experience in manufacturing, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and supplier performance experience.
- Experience managing and developing a supply chain team.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power BI.
- Aerospace, defense, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
