We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Manager to support outbound operations in Franklin, IN for our Supply Chain Solutions division.
Pay Type:
Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
Annual Salary Pay: $70,000-$75,000/year
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Hours:
10:30am-7:30pm
Warehouse management experience preferred

Warehouse Outbound Manager / Manager Customer LogisticsWill oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.
Essential Functions- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
- Health and Safety Management
- State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
- Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.

- Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related area
- Off shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisis

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required advanced required
- Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required
