• Ability to stay organized and apply logical thinking skills
• Follow established processes and procedures
• Read and utilize troubleshooting guides for equipment and quality issues
• Perform visual inspection of equipment, structures, and material to identify problems or errors
• Work effectively both individually and as part of a team
• Wear the prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) – company provided
• Perform general physical activities including sitting, walking, lifting, and standing
• Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturer’s specifications, internal drawings, and procedures (helpful but not required)
• Attention to detail
• Good attendance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Normal shift hours are 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
