Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service during every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth operations. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping their assigned Departments achieve their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates should be positive team players with a flexible schedule, eager to thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment, and must be 18 years or older to work as a manager in corporate‑owned restaurants.
