• Answer inbound job leads and educate customers on our services
• Manage schedules and coordinate material orders for multiple craftsmen
• Use Service Titan software to keep jobs running smoothly
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their projects are:
  • Completed on time
  • Professional in appearance for their customers
  • Hassle-free so they never worry about contractors in their space
• Provide logistical support and assist with weekly accounting tasks
• Follow up with past customers to build long-term loyalty

• Competitive pay: $40,000–$65,000/year

• 5+ years of administrative/scheduling experience
• Strong customer service and multitasking skills
