Flex Security Officer – Franklin, IN

Pay: $18.50/hr with weekly pay

Hiring immediately.

• Reliable transportation
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in security, military, or law enforcement
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, and all weather conditions
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
• Exceptional report‑writing skills
• Ability to mentally analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure
• Strong independent work capability
• Clear and concise written communication

Must be willing to have no nail polish, false nails, or facial piercings while on duty.

• Trained at various posts/facilities based on operational need; assignments are temporary
• Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week) will vary with need
• Will be offered shifts as they become available due to staffing shortages
• Sometimes shifts posted in advance, sometimes called for short notice to cover for absent staff
• Expected to work any advance‑scheduled shift within availability; must communicate unavailability
• For short‑notice call‑ins, expected to work at least 80% of called shifts; refusal of more than 20% may affect employment status

High school diploma or equivalent.
