Qualifications- Relevant experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing plumbing equipment/issues
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Comfortable completing the physical requirements of the position
- Ability to pass a background test and drug screen
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems with accuracy and professionalism
- Interact with customers to resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate work records and job documentation
- Adhere to all safety and company policies during service activities
