HVAC Commercial Service Technician

Johnson Comfort is looking for a commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. They will provide exceptional customer service by addressing homeowner and/or business owner concerns, offering preventive maintenance advice, and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in every job.

• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate professionally with customers, peers, and dispatchers
• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC Systems
• Keeps up to date with the latest HVAC technology

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity, and a competitive spirit
• Field experience
• EPA certification is a plus
• NATE certification is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair
• Valid Indian drive license
• High level of customer service
• Go-getter mentality and ambitious
• High attention to detail and good organization skills

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level
• Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
