Job Summary:

Provide financial information to management by tracking, maintaining, analyzing, and researching accounting data. They will substantiate compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the company's internal procedures and controls.

DOE and skill, the pay range for this position would be around the 50k-60k. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package as well.

Your essential duties for this position would include the following:

• Document financial transactions
• Audit documents to verify accuracy of financial transactions
• Perform analysis and reconciliation of accounts
• Follow up and document account variances
• Maintain accounting sub ledgers
• Create journal entries
• Prepare assigned reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with external audit examinations
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and GAAP
• Meet all deadlines and achieve company due dates
• Provide other analysis and ad hoc reports as required

Please Consider The Following Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of previous work experience in accounting above the clerk level
• Strong analytical and accounting skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
