Accounts Payable Clerk

Weekly Pay

Job Duties for Accounts Payable Clerk:

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports while matching to purchase orders and receipts

Accurately enter invoices into the accounting system and maintain organized accounts payable records

Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with vendors on payment status and inquiries

Assist with month end close and reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Follow all policies and safety procedures in place

Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Accounts Payable Clerk:

High school diploma or GED required;
Associate degree in Accounting or related fieldpreferred1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience with knowledge of basic accounting principles

Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as Quick Books, SAP, Oracle, or Net Suite and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and on a team
