The Mint Gaming Hall is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the Beverage Manager in daily operations across all F&B outlets of the property. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and guest satisfaction while executing strategic initiatives with the Beverage Manager and Director of Food & Beverage.
You will lead a team of F&B hourly staff, monitor labor, maintain product standards, and provide excellent guest service, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
