• Process accurate bi-weekly and monthly payroll and prepare required accounting reports
• Process garnishments, child support orders, unemployment claims, and payroll-related employee records in the HRIS
• Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly absenteeism reporting
• Ensure payroll practices comply with local and state requirements
• Support employee relations communications and payroll-related investigations
• Track service awards, perfect attendance bonuses, and employee engagement invitations
• Conduct payroll and assigned-area training as needed
• Maintain confidentiality while providing accurate payroll and HR support
• Use standard office equipment, Windows, and Microsoft Office applications
• Follow all policies and procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required
• Experience with ADP
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Strong customer service, Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (including VLOOKUP, macros, Pivot Tables, etc.), Strong attention to detail
• Problem analysis and problem resolution, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to sit for duration of shift
• Ability to lift 20-50lbs
