Provides support in shipping/receiving, warehouse, and material handling to meet the requirements of our customers, internal and external. Maintains a continuous flow of product, resolves issues quickly and according to policy. Maintains a safe work environment, 5S, and supports continuous improvement efforts.

• Maintain Environmental, Health and Safety standards in the workplace.
• Operate powered industrial trucks.
• Compare identifying information of counts and weights for incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bill of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Properly load product onto trucks.
• Receives and routes incoming material to its proper location in the plant.
• Reviews inventory of product.
• Assemble wooden or cardboard packing materials.
• Properly pack cardboard boxes or wooden crates.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Related job experience preferred.
• Self‑starter, conscientious, enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, in a continuously improving environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to pay close attention to minor details resulting in the production of a superior quality product.

• Constant standing, walking, reaching, balancing, cervical spine motion, lower extremities, and simple grasp.
• Frequent use of firm grasping, fine manipulation, and pitching.
• Frequent forward bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing.
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to utilize overhead cranes.

• Non-temperature controlled manufacturing facility.
• Must wear eye, ear, and foot protection.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, ask questions for clarification, and take initiative.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team.
• Strong analytical and technical problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks effectively.
