2nd shift General Labor - Franklin, KY

Shift: 2nd (12:30pm - 10:30pm) Monday-Thursday

Pay: $17.50 plus $1.00 shift differential

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment, maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, ready or put away tools as assigned.
• Closely follows directions to operate machinery, hold or supply routine materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
• Performs routine property care activities.
• Performs any non-technical routine tasks at the plant.
• Routine quality checks on finished products.
• Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.

The pay range for this position is $15.82 - $23.70. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $17.50 to $17.50. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
