Responsible for day‑to‑day warehouse activity and requirements within the warehouse.

• Daily shipping and receiving responsibilities such as forklift operation, barcode scanning, and housekeeping.
• Effective verbal and written communication with management and co‑workers.
• Work closely with the Quality and Customer Service departments for suspect material product/shipments.
• Comply with health & safety regulations, avoiding careless driving.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Communicate clearly and maintain motivation.
• Maintain personal safety, attendance, and a strong job performance record.
• Produce high amounts of both quality and quantity of work.
• Use plant procedures and equipment safely.
• Identify and correct errors, initiate work activities, assume responsibility, complete assignments, meet schedules, follow policies/procedures, and anticipate needs.
• Build trust by respecting ideas and contributions of everyone.

• 1 year of yard dog trailer driving.
• 3 years manufacturing/warehouse experience in a plastics process facility.
• Dependable with an excellent attendance record.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
• Demonstrated ability to load and unload materials or merchandise.
• Strong cognitive and mental ability to multitask in fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Willing and able to drive yard dog/spotter truck.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Auto Req  .
