* Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
* Maintain clean and organized work areas.
* Work from established procedures, written and/or verbal instructions.
* Perform set-ups and product changes.
* Meet production goals and quality standards.
* Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations.
* Complete daily logs and reports as required.
* Forklift experience (for forklift positions).
* Make visual inspections of finished tape rolls appearance and quality.
* Sort tape as to scrap, rewind, second line and good rolls and pack in the prescribed manner.
* Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
* Perform additional duties as needed## Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
* Previous manufacturing experience preferred
* Must have excellent attendance
* Maintain a safe work environment
* Must be able to work overtime as required
* Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.
* Ability to read and write.
* Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
