Salary
: $15 - $20 / hr.

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
• Plan and monitor shift performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability, communicate with next Shift Manager.
• Support team in meeting departmental targets, handle training and scheduling.

• 18 years or older.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced environment.
