We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Accountant to join a collaborative finance team consisting of the CFO, Plant Controller, and Senior Accountant. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across multiple entities and locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
- Manage general ledger accounting and maintain an accurate trial balance
- Oversee AP and AR activities, cash reconciliations, fixed assets, and inventory reporting
- Support financial statement preparation and audit activities
- Partner with the Plant Controller on internal and external audits
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple company locations and entities to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and strengthen controls
