In this role, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring an exceptional service experience and effective communication throughout the vehicle maintenance and repair process.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying their vehicle service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers clearly.
• Coordinate with service technicians to schedule appointments and prioritize repairs.
• Maintain detailed service records and process payments efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date with automotive technology and service procedures.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer concerns professionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
